Cancellation Policy
We recognize that online shopping can sometimes be challenging, as it lacks the tactile experience of in-person shopping. Therefore, we strive to process orders promptly. Please note that order cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We encourage customers to thoroughly review all available photos, videos, and product details before making a purchase. Orders are eligible for exchange or return within 5 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any shipping costs for new items. If an error occurs on our part, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. For the best experience, contact us if you encounter any problems or have questions. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet specific criteria without exceptions. Non-compliant items will be returned at your expense.
Eligibility Guidelines
Eligible Products:
- Must be in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged) with tags attached and original packaging intact. Units must remain as they were upon arrival, including all original packaging. We do not accept products not in their original condition with original packaging.
- Must be odor-free (any odors will make the product ineligible for exchange).
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
Ineligible Products:
- Items not in original condition or with odors.
- Items returned more than 5 days after receipt.
- Custom hair extensions, special offer products, and wholesale orders.
Note:
Lengths2Love only accepts eligible items. Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt. If the hair extension is unsuitable, you can easily contact us for an exchange.
How to Exchange:
Exchanges are only available for eligible items. Please contact us first about any issues you encounter; we will do our best to resolve them. If an exchange is necessary, we are happy to assist. Items returned without contacting L2L first will incur a 35% handling fee.
- Send us pictures of the hair extensions when requesting an exchange.
- If exchanging for a different collection, type, texture, or length, you will be responsible for any price difference.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
