Whats my cap size?

We manufacture our caps in five sizes using the following measurements listed in the chart below.

Prior to measurement you want to be sure your hair is  lying as flat as possible (with or without a wig cap). Prep your hair the way you would prior to applying the wig. Using a tape measure calculate the following measurements: 

Be sure the tape measure is flush with your head and not stretched.  When measuring, place your measuring tape outside of your natural hairline.

Can I sew or glue my wig? Wear it glueless? 

Our lace wigs are crafted for clueless wear however they can be sewn done or glued based on preference.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the quality (grade) of your hair?

Lengths2Love does not offer grades of hair. We do not do this because there is no industry standard for such grades and what one company may offer as 5A another may not.

Instead we offer specifications of our hair qualities and put them into collections ( Love and Elite).

Our love collection has the following specifications:

  • With proper care, hair will last approximately 1 year +
  • 3.2-3.5 ounces per bundle Can be bleached up to color 613 safely
  • Machine crafted double wefts
  • No matting or tangling with proper care
  • Minimal Shedding
  • Hair color: Natural Black Brown (1b-4)

Our Elite collection has the following specifications: 

  • With proper care, hair will last approximately 6-12 Months
  • 3.2-3.5 ounces per bundle
  • Can be bleached up to color 27 safely
  • Machine crafted double wefts
  • No matting or tangling with proper care
  • Minimal Shedding
  • Hair color: Natural Black Brown (1b-4)
What does density mean when referring to wigs?

When referring to density we are referencing how thick or thin the hair on your lace wig is. Lengths2Love soffers wigs between 130%-250% density with a 80% density gradient around the hairline , unless otherwise specified.

Closure, Frontals & Bundles

How many ounces are your hair wefts (bundles)? 

All bundles are weighted to be between 3.2-3.5 ounces.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

How do I change or cancel my order?

Lengths2Love knows how important your order is, so we work quickly to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Order cancelations requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase. As most items ship very quickly the window for cancelation is small.

I placed an order but never got a confirmation email

If you have not recieved a confirmation email from Lengths2Love within a few hours please check your spam folder. If you still need assistance please contact our team HERE.

I placed an order and there has been no updates. What is going on?

There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. 

  • In some cases our Customer Protection Team may hold orders that run the risk of being fraudulent or that need additional review or verification to protect our #LoveDolls. When this happens, our Customer Protection Team will reach out to you directly if your order will be delayed due to it being in review.
  • In some cases we may just run out of a popular item that is expected back in stock within 3 business days. If this was the only item you ordered, rather than cancelling your order, it will be held until the item is back in stock and we are able to fulfill the order. When this happens our Customer Care Team will send you an email notifying you of the delay. For multiple item orders, the out-of-stock item will be cancelled and credited back to you in the form of a Store Credit so we can process and ship the rest of your order as quickly as possible

Processing & Shipping

How long is processing time?

Processing time varies based on the item selected. Processing time can be found in the box directly above the add to cart button.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

My tracking number says my package was delivered but i never received it.

We know how important your order is! Lengths2Love provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, butLengths2Love does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

When will I recieve my order?

This depends on the iem purchased as well as the shipping method chosen by you at checkout. By adding the processing time (in box above add to cart) with your shipping time frame this will provide you with a tentative estimate of when you will receive your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. There are multiple shipping options available at checkout.
